Setting You Apart: Drive Time

By now, you’ve hear that “The three most important factors when buying a home are location, location, and location”. Well…it’s true. Location is by far one of the most important parts of buying real estate. You can change condition, you can change price, but you can’t change the location of a house. As an Agent with BHHSGA, you might be wondering how you can help your client without a lot of fuss?

Well, good news…Did you know that you and your clients can search listings in the BHHSGA based on distance from their work location? In your mobile app, you can use the DriveTime feature to search for homes based on drive time and walk score. This lets you customize a search based on one of the most asked questions…”Can we look at homes close to where I work?” Here’s the perspective of on BHHSGA Agent:

To use the DriveTime feature, your client can simply:

1. Login to their app. (make sure it’s branded to you.)
2. Click on the road icon in the lower left.
3. Add their work location
4. Set their preferred commute time and time of day they want to leave.
5. Click ‘Save’ and ‘Apply’
6. Then ‘Save’ their search and ‘Register’ if they haven’t already.
